The hotel's location is convenient, close to public transportation, with a shopper's paradise nearby. The service is top-notch, with extremely helpful and professional staff. The dining experience is grand and offers good value for money, although there were some minor issues with hot water. The rooms have a strange smell at first but are otherwise comfortable with an awkward spatial arrangement and could use more cupboard space.
